How to turn separate images into an ordered A4 PDF
Choose JPEG or PNG images, arrange the numbered lineup with Move earlier and Move later, then set A4 orientation and margins. Build PDF creates one page per image; Download PDF saves the result. Images fit without cropping, so white space can remain even with zero margins. Rebuild after any lineup or paper change.
Start with one image for each intended page
For a three-page document, prepare three JPEG or PNG files: for example, a cover note, a photographed form and a receipt. Choose images or drop them into the tray. Each accepted image becomes one PDF page. The app does not combine several receipts onto one sheet or edit an existing PDF.
The whole lineup must stay within 20 images and 50 MiB of input files, with at most 20 megapixels per image and 80 megapixels combined. File size and pixel count are separate checks. A small compressed file can still contain too many pixels. Prepare smaller images if necessary; these limits do not guarantee that every device has enough memory.
Check the numbered lineup before building
Read the page numbers, filenames and thumbnails rather than relying on the order you selected files. Use Move earlier and Move later to put the cover first, the form second and the receipt third. Remove any unwanted image. These are native buttons, so you can reach them with Tab and activate them with Enter.
If a selection fails validation, none of the images from that selection are added. The previous lineup remains intact. If you select two valid pictures and one unsupported file together, select the two supported pictures again without the rejected file. A corrupt JPEG or PNG may need to be exported again before it can be decoded.
Choose paper settings for the whole document
Under A4 orientation, choose Portrait for tall pages or Landscape for wide material. The setting applies to every page in the PDF; there is no separate orientation choice for each image. A mixed set of tall forms and wide photographs therefore needs one shared paper orientation.
Page margins offers Standard at 24 points, Wide at 48 points, or None at zero points. Start with Standard, then consider whether the resulting image size suits your document. The app centers each image and preserves its proportions while fitting it inside the available page area.
Understand why zero margins can still leave white space
None removes the reserved page margin, but it does not stretch or crop an image to match A4. A square image on a portrait page reaches the available width before it reaches the available height. Space remains above and below it because the complete square stays visible.
White borders already inside a scanned image also remain part of that image. This app has no crop control to remove them. Prepare a cropped source elsewhere if that border is unwanted, then add the replacement and remove the old page. Small images can be enlarged to fit, so inspect lettering and fine detail in the built PDF.
Build, inspect and save the current version
Select Build PDF and wait for the ready message. Open PDF provides a local preview route; inspect the page order, orientation and readable detail there. The result also reports its page count and size. Select Download PDF to save the generated file, named images.pdf. Building alone does not save it.
Adding, removing or reordering images, or changing either paper setting, clears the prepared result. Select Build PDF again after any such change. If the browser previews instead of downloading, use Open PDF and the viewer's available Save or Share controls. Browser settings affect saving behavior.
Keep originals and save before leaving
The PDF contains re-encoded JPEG images, including pages supplied as PNG. Transparent areas become white, source metadata is removed, and fine detail or file size can change. Keep the original files and check that the PDF preserves the information you need. The app does not add OCR or searchable text.
Images and the generated PDF stay in tab memory, with no uploads or saved history. Refreshing or closing the tab loses that work. Download the useful result before leaving. If building fails, the app suggests fewer or smaller images; after adjusting the lineup, build again and check the new result.

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix portrait and landscape PDF pages?
The A4 orientation setting applies to the whole PDF. You can mix tall and wide input images, but every output page uses the same paper orientation and fits its image without cropping.
Why is there white space with Page margins set to None?
Zero margins removes the reserved inset. It does not change image proportions. An image with a different shape from A4 leaves space along one axis, and any white border in the source remains visible.
Does a scanned form become searchable text?
No. Each page contains an image. The app does not perform OCR or create searchable text from the lettering in a scan.
Will a failed selection erase pages I already arranged?
No. A rejected selection adds none of its files and preserves the existing lineup. Correct or omit the rejected file, then choose the supported images again.
